These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lambs and Tigers mobile application (the “App”) provided by Aakattu Tech, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control, subject to these Terms.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in a lawful manner. You will not:
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App’s functionality or its supporting servers.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the App.
3. Intellectual Property
All content and materials within the App, including but not limited to the game design, graphics, text, logos, and software, are the property of Aakattu Tech, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.
4. Third-Party Services (Ads)
The App displays advertisements from third-party networks (Google AdMob). Your interactions with these ads are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the third-party advertisers. We are not responsible for the content of these ads or for any transactions you may enter into with advertisers.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aakattu Tech, LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license to use the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
